From the Crown Valley Vineyard, our Ozark Mountain Vignoles offers a look at the more serious side of this versatile grape. We split the gently pressed juice into stainless steel, French Oak, and egg-shaped vessels for a slow fermentation at cooler temperatures. The stainless steel preserves the tropical notes while the egg and barrel offer more texture and aromatic complexity.
